Registration Form - Registration Forms Deadline: November 12, 2021

Information and registration forms are posted in the Library Google Classrooms. New and returning participants are welcome from each grade. Please contact Ms. Lewis if you have questions.

Book Reminder -Example

Blank book reminder forms will be posted as Google Docs, in your Battle of the Books Classroom. You can download them and fill them out on your computer if you don't want to print them. Completed book reminders can be emailed/or shared on Google Drive to Ms. Lewis by the due dates.

Practice Question Alternative -Example

For your third and fourth books, you have the option to write 10 practice questions instead of filling out a book reminder. Practice question rules:

  • Do not use characters' names
  • Proof of answers for each question must be found on a single page (or if bottom of page, may continue to top of next page)
  • Each of your 10 questions must come from a different chapter, unless the book has fewer than 10 chapters
